The quality seal for Swiss tourism
On 27 June 2002 the Swiss Tourism Inspection Office in Bern awarded the Paracelsus Clinica al Ronc in Castaneda Level 1 of the quality seal for Swiss tourism.
This means that the report written by the Inspection Office and the regional quality committee shows that the Paracelsus Clinica al Ronc in Castaneda complies with the criteria for the award of Level 1 of the quality seal for Swiss tourism.
The objective of the «Quality seal for Swiss tourism» programme is to increase quality awareness in tourist facilities and to ensure the continuous development of the quality of service offered in Switzerland, a country in which tourism and holidaying are of prime importance.
What does «Level 1 of the quality seal» mean?
Facilities which have been awarded Level 1 of the quality seal employ a specially trained quality coach, have carried out a self-evaluation exercise, have analyzed major activities from the guest's point of view, have identified shortcomings, have defined quality standards, and have examined their procedure for dealing with complaints. Every year they define and implement measures designed to further improve quality.
