A healthy diet is essential for a life free from diseases. Healthy food reinforces our performance and strengthens our immune system. However, healthy food is not only supposed to serve our body well. It shall also be tasty and enjoyable.
There is a Chinese saying that states: «The road to health does not lead through an apothecary’s shop but through the kitchen».
Since ancient times, men have been concerned with dietetics. Fact is: malnutrition and food intolerance frequently cause diseases. Metabolic disorders such as hypertonia, obesity and diseases of joints and intestines – just like neurological diseases and cancer – are dietary-related.
With its «Culinarium – Haus zum Winkelstein» Paracelsus Klinik Lustmühle runs its own public restaurant for a healthy and balanced diet.
The menus offered at Paracelsus-Restaurant focus on most recent criteria for a hypoallergenic, low-carbohydrate and mostly vegetarian diet rich in vegetables oils.
With its varied lunch menus, the team of «Culinarium» will not only treat patients and staff: you, too, are our most welcome guest!
